Ingredients
3 Tbsp olive oil
2-pound Farm Promise® Pork Roast
12 oz beer (your choice)
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp Kosher salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp fresh minced garlic
2 tsp dried oregano
¼ cup brown sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- In a large skillet heat oil over medium high heat, brown roast for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Whisk together beer, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Pour mixture over top of roast.
- Roast in oven for 15 minutes at 450°F then lower the temperature to 300°F and continue to roast for another 1 hour 45 minutes.
